DISCLOSURE: The "Plantation" Line was inspired by workwear from Japanese Farmers. The Plantation Collection is designed as a homage to the field workers of Japan, made as unisex, generally oversized, very practical and beautifully made from natural fabrics. While the word 'Plantation' is triggering and problematic the collection from the 1980s by Issey Miyake and has no Antebellum connotations.
